Before using the beauty device, remove all metal accessories from your body, such as glasses, earrings, necklaces, watches, and rings. If you have metal implants in your body from surgeries (e.g., heart bypass surgery, metal pins in bones), do not use the device. Avoid using the device on areas with skin inflammation, acne-prone skin, wounds, as well as sensitive areas like the eyes, lips, and vocal cords. Remove contact lenses before use; if removal is not possible, avoid the eye area and shorten the usage time. Metal braces in the mouth can be more sensitive, so avoid the mouth area. Also, do not stay on the same spot for long period.
It is recommended to use with our official aqua gel. Although this beauty device can be used with other serums, their effects may not be as good as the official aqua gel.
Please remember to use water-soluble skincare products only. Do not use oily or scrub-type skincare products, as they may cause machine malfunction or skin issues.
Please do not use on the following areas:
- Areas with wounds, eczema, psoriasis, herpes, purulent acne, and cystic acne;
- Around the heart, mucosal areas such as the eyes, eyelids, lips, and inside the mouth;
- Areas with black skin disease, pathological pigmentation, moles, or viral warts;
- Areas with skin irritation or inflammation caused by excessive sun exposure;
- Areas with pathological pigmentation triggered by itching, fever, or physical irritation;
- Areas that have undergone surgery, as well as genital areas, around the throat and ears;
- Areas recently treated with hair removal or shaving.

It is not recommended to use the beauty device during pregnancy. It is also advised to consult a doctor before using it during menstruation or breastfeeding. For information about other individuals who should not use the device, please refer to page 3 of the instruction manual.
Press the “MODE” button to select the mode. Press it in the following order to cycle through the modes:
RF / EIP / EMS / COMBO / EYE
COMBO is a 5-minute quick comprehensive care mode that combines RF, EIP, and EMS.
It comes with a Type-C power cable. You can directly connect the Type-C power cable to the bottom of the beauty device to charge it, or you can use a charging stand. When using the charging stand, please ensure that the charging port is fully inserted into the stand and that the USB charging cable is fully plugged into the port on the stand, as failure to do so may cause electric shock, short circuit, or fire.
When the beauty device is connected to the power via the cable, it will automatically enter the charging mode and cannot be used during charging.
After each use, please clean it immediately to keep the device clean. The cleaning method is as follows:
- Use a soft cloth soaked in water and wrung out to wipe off dirt from the device. Using a hard cloth for wiping may scratch the surface of the electrode head and reduce its functionality.
- Do not use alkaline agents, alcohol, diluents, benzene, volatile oils, gasoline, solvents, nail polish removers, abrasives, hot water, or medications.
- If beauty serums or gels get on the device, clean it before storing.
- After cleaning, place the device on the charging stand to prevent the electrode head from getting scratched by other objects.
It is not waterproof and should not be washed with water. Avoid using it in places with high humidity such as the bathroom, and store it away from humid environment.
EMS mode can be used daily. RF, EIP, COMBO, and EYE modes are recommended for 2-3 times per week.
As a rechargeable beauty device, it is essentially an electronic product that contains lithium battery. There may be a risk of safety incidents during flight, so it is necessary to inquire about specific requirements from civil aviation authorities before bringing it on board. Do not carry it blindly or check it in without confirming the regulations.

After shipment, the order status on the website will change to “Shipped,” and you will receive an email with tracking number and link.
If you did not receive the tracking email,
a. Check your spam folder for an email with the tracking number.
b. Your email address provided during the order might be incorrect.

- If the shopping amount reaches HK$500 (calculated based on the discounted amount, i.e., the net amount), shipping is free. If the total net amount does not meet the free shipping threshold, a shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged.
- If for actual circumstances or other reasons, the courier is not able to deliver the Products to the address designated in your Order where the Products are delivered thereto (“Delivery Address”) as specified in your Order, the courier shall provide a delivery fee quote, for example, fee for stairs, based on actual circumstances of delivery. You shall pay the quoted delivery fee in cash to the courier on delivery.
- If there is no one to receive the Product(s) at the time of delivery, the courier will call the contact person listed in the Order and make an appointment for the next delivery. If the delivery fails twice, the Product(s) will be returned to us, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning and re-delivering the Product(s).
If you discover any product quality issues within 7 days from the delivery date and need to exchange it, please contact customer service via email at [email protected] to request an exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- all parts, accessories, user manual, warranty card (unregistered), free gifts, redeemed gifts or other documents and materials accompanying the Product(s) are intact and returned together with the Product(s); and
- the original invoice for the purchase the Product(s) and the credit card used to purchase the Product(s) or proof of payment, or such other proof as may be requested by us, must be presented;
If we agree to the exchange, you will receive a confirmation email from customer service. Follow the instructions in the email to send the product in need of exchange to the specified address. We will arrange to replace the product as soon as feasible. If the product for exchange is sold out or for other reasons we cannot proceed with the replacement, you agree that we have the right to refund the relevant purchase amount to you. Upon refund, it will be deemed that we have fulfilled our obligation regarding the exchange.
Timeless beauty device purchased from the official website or officially recognized channels comes with a two-year warranty. Please register for the warranty within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and covers various non-human-caused malfunctions.
- Free warranty services do not cover damages caused by human-caused malfunction, misuse, abuse, negligence, excessive wear or rust, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear from extended use, accidents, natural disasters, or damages caused by other reasons beyond the company’s control.
- For human-caused malfunctions, even within the warranty period, repair costs will be incurred. For detailed quotation, please contact customer service via email at [email protected].
Please contact the Customer Service via email ([email protected]). The email should include a description of the quality issue, the registered warranty card number or member login name for verification of eligibility for free maintenance service. Once the Customer Service Staff confirms, they will reply via email to confirm and provide the address to return the defective product.
If your product is beyond the warranty period but requires repair services, customers will need to pay for the repairs based on our company’s standard repair service price list.
If you still wish to replace the item, you may need to pay a high repair fee equivalent to the product’s value. Therefore, we recommend considering purchasing a new device instead.
