If you discover any product quality issues within 7 days from the delivery date and need to exchange it, please contact customer service via email at [email protected] to request an exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- all parts, accessories, user manual, warranty card (unregistered), free gifts, redeemed gifts or other documents and materials accompanying the Product(s) are intact and returned together with the Product(s); and
- the original invoice for the purchase the Product(s) and the credit card used to purchase the Product(s) or proof of payment, or such other proof as may be requested by us, must be presented;
If we agree to the exchange, you will receive a confirmation email from customer service. Follow the instructions in the email to send the product in need of exchange to the specified address. We will arrange to replace the product as soon as feasible. If the product for exchange is sold out or for other reasons we cannot proceed with the replacement, you agree that we have the right to refund the relevant purchase amount to you. Upon refund, it will be deemed that we have fulfilled our obligation regarding the exchange.
