1. Regal Silver Limited (“we” or “us”) strives to provide you and all persons who purchase the product(s) and/or peripherals of the product(s) (“Product(s)”) available for sale (“you”) with high quality Products. If the Product you purchased has quality problems and need to be replaced, you must make request according to this Replacement Policy, and such request must be made within 7 days from the delivery date. You agree that the remedy under this Replacement Policy is your sole remedy in respect of all and any losses, liabilities and damages in connection with product quality or specification.
  2. Any replacement request not made in the manner set out in this Replacement Policy shall be deemed invalid. We reserve the discretion to decline any invalid replacement request; and we reserve the rights to make final decision in the event of any dispute arising therefrom.
  3. You must send your replacement request via email to us through our Customer Service Department ([email protected]) within 7 days from the delivery date and must meet the following conditions:
    1. all parts, accessories, user manual, warranty card (unregistered), free gifts, redeemed gifts or other documents and materials accompanying the Product(s) are intact and returned together with the Product(s); and
    2. the original invoice for the purchase the Product(s) and the credit card used to purchase the Product(s) or proof of payment, or such other proof as may be requested by us, must be presented;

    Otherwise, we will have the right to refuse the relevant replacement. If you fail to complete and return the required documents or items, we have the right to refuse Your replacement request.

  4. If we agree that you have the right to replace, you will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service Department. Please follow the email instructions to send the Product to be replaced to the designated address, and we will arrange to replace the Product as soon as possible insofar as practicable. If the Product to be replaced is sold out or we are unable to make a replacement due to other reasons, you agree that we have the right to refund the relevant purchase amount to you, and upon the refund we will be deemed to have fully fulfilled the obligations of replacement.
  5. The Product(s) to be replaced must not be damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of damages caused by water and/or other substance.
  6. You are only allowed to replace the Product(s) with products of the same model, outlook and colour.
  7. Replacement is not applicable to Products for the customer has registered for warranty online or repaired Products.
  8. If your Product requires any repair or maintenance within 7 days from the date of delivery or after registration of warranty (whichever is earlier), you may follow the relevant procedures set out in the Warranty Terms and Conditions within the warranty period for applicable Products falling under the scope of warranty.
  9. We have the right (but not the obligation) to review, modify, edit or otherwise make changes to this Replacement Policy at our sole discretion without notice.
  10. In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.
