1. 1. Regal Silver Limited (the “Company”) offers a two-year warranty service for the Paige Luminous Timeless beauty device (the “Product(s)”) (with warranty period commencing from the date of delivery). After the expiry of the warranty period, all persons who purchase the product(s) and/or peripherals of the product(s) available for sale (the “Customers”) will be charged according to the Company’s standard repairing service price list.
  2. 2. If the Product (except for Product surface, casing, consumable parts and accessories) contains defects, please make enquiry by email to the Customer Service Department at [email protected]. If Customers are entitled to free warranty service in accordance with the terms and conditions and the defect is confirmed by the Company to have been caused under normal use, they will receive a confirmation email from the Customer Service Department. Please send the relevant Product to the designated address contained in the email instructions. The Company will repair and replace the relevant parts (including replacement of the entire Product) free of charge. Any damaged parts after replacement shall belong to the Company. In any event, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision on whether Customers are eligible for free warranty service under the terms and conditions.
  3. 3. Free warranty services do not apply in the following circumstances:
    • Misuse caused by non-compliance with the instructions contained in the manual.
    • Any damage or defect caused by man-made error, misuse, abuse, negligence, excessive erosion or rust, unauthorized repair or modification, normal wear and tear, accidents, natural disasters, or other events beyond the Company’s control.
    • Malfunction due to incorrect installation.
    • Non-domestic use or use of the Product for purposes other than that originally designed;
    • Product working under hazardous conditions.
    • Products modified, altered or repaired by a person outside the Company.
    • Repair or replacement of the accessories, external wiring and casing of the Product.
    • Natural wear and tear (for example, scratches, peeling paint, etc.) under normal use of the Product.
    • Product that has trace of water damage.
  4. Customer shall not alter the serial number of the Product. The Product warranty card shall be void in the event of any inconsistency between the serial number on the Product and that stated on the warranty card.
  5. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any person or property, howsoever caused arising from improper use, or any stoppage, breakdown or failure of the Product.
  6. Customers must register for warranty services within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  7. If Customers require warranty service, please notify our Customer Service Department by email ([email protected]). Customers are required to provide in their email the registered warranty card number or the username of the Customers’ account for the Company to confirm their eligibility for free warranty service. The Customer Service Department will confirm via email and provide the delivery address for returning faulty Products.
  8. Please notify the Company immediately if there is any change to the Customers’ address or phone number.
  9. All information materials are subject to change without notice. In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final interpretation and decision of all terms and conditions.
  10. Nothing in these terms and conditions confers or is intended to confer on any third party any benefit or right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any clause.
